Save Davis Greenbelts

On Tuesday, June 16, the Davis City Council voted 5-0 to approve a plan for the "Paso FIno" site that preserves greenbelt and brings a grove of Canary Island pines into public ownership. In a separate 5-0 vote, the Council granted the grove "landmark" designation. The next step will be for the City and developer to negotiate the details of the land swap. Stay tuned!

Davis City Council to vote on latest "Paso Fino" proposal

On Tuesday, June 16, the Davis City Council will consider the latest proposal from developer Taormino & Associates for the "Paso Fino" site in Wildhorse. The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Chambers at 23 Russell Boulevard in Davis.
