Here are some of the smaller, unusually shaped greenbelts, parks and public green spaces in Davis that a developer might want to acquire and build on. Urge the City Council to establish clear policy preventing any such sale in the absence of a compelling public benefit ... and to establish a fair, open process for making such decisions.
